University of Wollongong Australia Offers the Faculty Merit Scholarships (FMS)

Good news for you which are University of Wollongong students, currently the university opens the administration aid named FACULTY MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS (FMS). This scholarship provides a further 25% reduction of the international tuition fees in the Faculty of Business and Faculty of Law Humanities and the Arts. While the Faculty of Engineering and Information Sciences offers a 15% reduction off the international tuition fee.  There is no limit to the number of UES available – as long as you meet the academic criteria, you will automatically be awarded the scholarship along with your offer of admission. Eligibility: Foundation Studies programs approved for direct admission to Bachelor degrees and offered at an institution recognised by UOW. Diploma or other academic pathway program approved for admission withcredit exemption from an institution with which UOW has a formal agreement. Friends of Music: Applied Music Scholarship Program from Stanford University

Stanford University, officially Leland Stanford Junior University, is a private research university in Stanford, California, adjacent to Palo Alto and between San Jose and San Francisco. Stnford University gives the scholarship opportunity for Applied Music major student. The Applied Music Scholarship Program has provided means for Stanford students to continue study in applied music.  There are over 100 awards granted each quarter in support of music practice. This scholarship is available for private lessons only, the group lessons are ineligible for scholarship. Scholarship is offered on a sliding scale based on need. AYVP INDONESIA 2017 is Open

Hello Youth Leader! The ASEAN Youth Volunteer Programme (AYVP) 2017 for the for the fifth time this year will be back. The programme will take place in Bandung, Indonesia on 1st until 26th August 2017. This programme, developed and implemented by Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (The National University of Malaysia – UKM), with the support of the ASEAN Secretariat, Ministry of Youth and Sports, Malaysia, and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), in collaboration with Institut Teknologi Bandung (Bandung Institute of Technology – ITB). Benefit: For a month, 50 DRR-Leaders will be equipped with leadership competencies through workshops and hands-on activities as they work with each other and local communities to discover the ASEAN identity and the role that ASEAN youth can play in the community, with a specific focus on the DRR issues. On project sites also, they will engage the local communities on issues related to Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR). When they head back to their home countries, they are expected to carry out their own community projects that will contribute to the resilience of Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) issues in ASEAN. Successful proposals will be awarded seed grants with a maximum value of USD2,000.00.
