Research States 13,416 Millennials will Face Uncertain Future Career
Research conducted by Deloitte, 2019 on 13,416 millennials questioned across 42 countries and 3,009 Gen Z in 10 countries stated they faced future career uncertainty and they would sustain in company that values their contribution. They also gave value to business that gives social impacts, stated by 55% respondents. More than 49% millennials if they had choice, would quit current job in the next two years.
