  1. The applicants registering as participants must be 17 - 30 years old.
  2. Registration Policy
    1. Registration is open for full accommodation only.
    2. The minimum number of participants required for Youtex to be held is 10 Participants. If fewer than 10 participants join, then the trip will be postponed and will be moved to the next batch that will be held in October - November 2023.
  3. Cancellation Policy
    1. For cancellation due to sickness, death, natural disasters, or conflict, the participants will be given a 100% refund maximum 60 days before the event.
    2. For cancellation due to visa rejection, the delegates will be granted 100% if participants have completed the full payment. Participants can choose a refund or choose to join the next batch of the Trip which will be taken place in October - November 2023. The delegates should inform the committee and a refund will be given approximately 45 days after the event. For the Booking seat payment of 98 USD is non - refundable.
    3. The fee will not be refundable if the selected delegate cancels his/her participation due to reasons other than the conditions mentioned above.
    IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants will be charged for all the fees for international transfers.
  4. Visa
    1. Upon request, successful registrants that had paid will be issued a Letter of Invitation from Youtex stating the status of their participation at Youtex after the background check. Registrants may use the Letter of Invitation in their visa acquisition process.
    2. Youtex will not provide a visa and is not responsible for any participant’s visa into Seoul, South Korea. All fees are non-refundable, and it is the participant’s responsibility to secure the necessary documentation to enter Seoul, South Korea. Youtex will not issue refunds for delegates who are unable to secure a visa.
  5. Privacy and Intellectual Property
    1. Youtex reserves the right to utilize all data submitted by individuals to Youtex and to collect data in the form of photographs or videos during the conference and social events without limitations.
    2. All registrants agree that no data, results, and materials for use in Youtex will be disseminated by means of publications, reports, conferences, or any other form without the express written consent from Youtex of which these products, data, results, and materials are its exclusive property.
    3. Youtex reserves the right to update and change information without further notice.
  6. Code of Conduct
    1. Registrants hereby certify by completing the registration process that all information submitted is truthful and accurate. The registrants understand that falsification of any information provided will disqualify them from participation in Youtex and the Youtex activities and falsification of information or impersonation may result in legal actions.
    2. Participants agree that all materials produced for this conference will be original work. Plagiarism will not be tolerated at Youtex, and should the Youtex Committee discover instances of plagiarism, the individual will be disqualified from the conference without refund.
    3. Participants are expected and obliged to obey the laws of South Korea while participating in Youtex. Participants are personally responsible for all charges and damage to the facilities of the conference and social event venues.
    4. Participants understand the full assumption of risks and acknowledge that Youtex and its committee, elected representatives and employees, do not assume any responsibility for the conduct and activities of the participants.
    5. Participants agree to accept and abide by the Code of Conduct published in the Conference Handbook and decided by the Youtex.
