BACKGROUND

Association of South East Asian Nation, known as ASEAN, helps the member to communicate and cooperate in the social sector to solve some problems among the ASEAN countries. Economy also becomes one of the major problems in ASEAN right now, open market from western countires makes ASEAN countires wants to make an association which focus on what should ASEAN do to solve and strength an economic power among ASEAN countries.

“CONNECTING ASEAN YOUTH LEADER TO THE WORLD”

REGISTRATION IS OPEN

This activity is aimed specifically for young people aged 17 – 25 years who have a passionate about ENTREPRENEUR, SOCIAL PROGRAM, CULTURE and ready to become part of the WORLD youth Communities.

Youth Excursion program allows students from all over the WORLD to gain amazing experiences. Our program development model is for youth, by youth – encouraging delegates to share knowledges, experiences, and a passionate for WORLD issues

GOALS

  • In order to provide strategic platform for ASEAN youth to learn and enhance concepts and understanding about the ideation and real action that we need to do through discussion with some experts.
  • To meet ASEAN youth with government, university and entrepreneur from ASEAN countries to knowledges them about how to become great leader and young entrepreneur success in order to support ASEAN Economic Communities.

This event will be held as 5D4N event in: Friday – Tuesday, April 27th – May 1st 2018

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Day 1st: FRIDAY, 27 APRIL 2018

Airport Assistance at Kuala Lumpur International Airport

Airport assistance is an assisting set-up from the committee for all delegates. The assistance will be from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to the Hotel. Assistance means that some of committees will be in airport to guide the delegates to come in the check-In point by using public transports.

Check In

It will be in the Hotel Sentral at KL Sentral. Check in is a registration for the accommodation of the delegates.

Welcoming Party

In this session, the delegates will gather in one place, then the committees will give an ice breaking games so that the atmosphere among the delegates will be more conducive and dynamic. Then for Stand-up Business Talk, the delegates (individually or groups) will be given chances to share their epic and dazzling experiences. International Student Community who will also give a presentation.

Day 2ND: SATURDAY, 28 APRIL 2018

Company Visit

The delegates will have company visit to Bank Negara Malaysia Museum & Art Gallery.

Market Research & Business Analysis

Delegates are divided into groups and they will be challenged to make market research and business analysis in some places. The Market places will be:

  • Nu Sentral
  • Central Market
  • Bukit Bintang
  • China Town / Petaling Street

Delegates will Identifying market need, size and competition in Kuala Lumpur in order to enrich their network and knowledges about the business opportunities in Kuala Lumpur. They will also have a chance to buy souvenirs.

Group Presentations (Business Analysis)

The group of delegates will be given a chance to present their result of Kuala Lumpur Market Analysis and action plan which they are going to develop toward ASEAN Economic Communities.

Day 3rd: SUNDAY, 29 APRIL 2018

ASEAN Economic Community Symposium

It will be held in University of Malaya. There will be 3 speaker who will share and give their experiences, views and opinions about ASEAN Economic Community to all delegates. Some interesting topics are going to be discussed: The prospective speakers will be :

  1. Entrepreneur
  2. Social Movement / Leadership
  3. Culture Exchange

*All speakers are to be merged and subject to change

 

ASEAN Culture Show in KL at Ministry of Tourism and Culture Malaysia

The delegates will watch cultural performances and any speech from Ministry of Tourism and Culture in order to enrich their knowledges about culture in Malaysia. In addition, the delegates can also involve in the culture show by presenting their national cultural attributes or performances.

Day 4TH: MONDAY, 30 APRIL 2018

Company Visit

The delegates will have company visit in Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC) and any speech from Start-Up Malaysia in order to enrich their knowledges about the business culture in Malaysia.

  • Talk About MaGIC and Malaysia Start-Up
  • Group Brainstorming on Start-Up Ideas
  • Idea Pitching
  • MaGIC Company Tour

Gala Dinner and Closing Ceremony

Gala dinner & Closing Ceremony will be looked back at the moments during the event with a video and thank you speeches. Delegates will wear their best clothes (suit or dress) and have an elegant dinner. Closing ceremony as well as giving certificates will be officially conducted by IGN.

Delegates will need to check out in advance before leaving the venue.

We sent a letter of acceptance to each participant who passes the selection of document. Then for those who have made the first payment will be included to the selected participant list. Due to limited places available, only registration with 30% of the total payment as confirmed on a first come first served basis.
