One of the most important variables behind the miracle of the speed of growth and recovery in the Asia economies is the quality of education. First of all, the competition for top universities starts from a very early age. The work ethic, ambition and resilience that is embedded in societies directly influences university curricula. The point of education in Asia is to equip people to become productive members of their given societies as well as equip the students with the skills and mentality to be able to successfully compete against the masses of other applicants.  Asian students and schools receive continuously top marks in international rankings and this has been directly reflected in the success stories of several  countries.

As a Youth among Asian countries we have responsibilities and rights to contribute and solve the problems that exist. Therefore, we want to create Youth Excursion which will accommodate ideas from youth and be a platform to exchange knowledge about entreprenuership, innovation technology, social and cultural exchange. Furthermore, they will enhance more understanding and knowledge about Asia society and they will know what they need to be one as an Asia entity.

  • In order to provide strategic platform for Asian youth to learn and enhance concepts and understanding about the ideation and real action that we need to do through discuss with some experts.
  • To meet Asian youth with government, university and entrepreneur from Asian countries to knowledge them about how to become great leader and young entrepreneur success in order to support Asian Economic sector.

One of the visions of YOUTEX is to promote more young entrepreneurs from the Asian region. The entrepreneurship program in YOUTEX is one method that enables it to do so. In this program, youths who have passion in business and entrepreneurship from all over the Asian region are gathered together, in hope to enhance their collaboration. Participants of YOUTEX are invited to visit various markets from different parts of the world, in order to make direct observation of business quality and marketing strategy. In a more advance observation, participants are also invited to visit big name companies of the world. These are hoped to enhance the knowledge of business and entrepreneurship on a global scale, in order for youths among the Asian region to start up their business on a competitive and international level.



The leadership and social program is a program that correlates with our vision to promote more leaders amongst youths in the Asian region. The program involves selecting competitive youths from all over the Asian region that have concrete form of contribution in developing their region. The purpose of this program is to enhance the leadership spirit among Asian youths, in hope to be an example for the Asian region and also the world. Future leaders of Asian are also hoped to bring many benefits to humanity and the world.



The culture exchange is one of the programs offered by YOUTEX. It is basically a program held in a certain country in the world, where delegates from Indonesia or any other Asian countries exchange their national cultures. This program’s purpose is not only to promote the culture of Asian countries to the world, but also to understand to diversity of other cultures around the world. The culture exchange may help to develop strong international relations between the Asian countries and the world.

Day 1: Monday, 6th February 2017

Airport Assistance at Kuala Lumpur International Airport

Airport assistance is an assisting set-up from the committee for all delegates. The assistance will be from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to Hotel. Assistance means that some of committees will be in airport to guide the participants to come in the check-In point by using public transportation.

Check In

It will be in Hotel Sentral at KL Sentral. Check in is a registration for the accommodation of the delegates.

Welcoming Gathering and Dinner

In this session, the participants will gather in one place then the committees will give ice breaking games so that the atmosphere among the participants will be more conducive and dynamic. There will be invitation Representative of Malaysia Tourism Ambassador who will also give a presentation. All participants are allowed to discussion and built networking with them.

Day 2: Tuesday, 7th February 2017

Company Visit

The participants will company visit in Malaysia (MaGIC, Malaysia Global Innovation & Creativity Centre) and any speech from Start UP Malaysia in order to enrich their knowledge about the business culture in Malaysia. Some interesting activitist are going to be agendas.

  • Group Brainstorming on Start-Up Ideas
  • Minggle with MaGIC Start-UP
  • MaGIC Company Tour

Group Discussion

The participants will have a free time to do a group discussion and make a project presentation. The discussion and content of project presentation is based on what the participants learn from the previous agenda at MaGIC.

Day 3: Wednesday, 8th February 2017

Ideation War (Project Group Presentation)

At this opportunity, participants will be able to present their project. Each group will be given 10 minutes to present. The project presentation session will be held at the same place of symposium. The presentation will be supervised by some experts and do the judgement. There will be an awarding session at the end of this agenda.



It will be held in Hall. There will be any speakers who will share and give their experience, views and opinions about business and leadership with theme “Learn from the Experts: What Business Leaders Need to Know” to all participants. Some interesting topics are going to be discussed :

  • Business I “Professional Business Values in the Real World”
  • Innovation & Technology I “How Technologically Advanced In Malaysia”
  • Social and Culture I “The Importance of Development in Social, Culture and International Relations among Youth in Asia”

Culture Exchange

Culture exchange will provide a show stage inviting the participantss to show their cultural performance. This is a good exposure for the participants to be able to promote their national and regional heritage to the audiance.

Closing Ceremony and Dinner

Closing Ceremony and Dinner are an agenda to mark the end of Youth Excursion program and the begining of the Youth Excursion Malaysia 2017 Alumni as a new family. Closing ceremony will also be a highlight to appreciate the achievement of participants during the event.

We sent a letter of acceptance to each participant who passes the selection of document. Then for those who have made the first payment will be included to the selected participant list. Due to limited places available, only registration with 30% of the total payment as confirmed on a first come first served basis.
