“CONNECTING ASEAN YOUTH LEADER TO THE WORLD”

This activity is aimed specifically at young people aged 17-23 years who have a passion aboutENTREPRENEUR, SOCIAL PROGRAM , CULTURE and ready to become part of the ASEAN youth Community.
Youth Excursion (YOUTEX) program allows students from ASEAN countries to gain amazing experience. Our program development model is for youth, by youth – encouraging participants to share knowledge, experiences, and a passion for ASEAN issues.
Association of South East Asian Nation, known as ASEAN, helps the member to communicate and cooperate in the social sector to solve some problems among the ASEAN countries. Economy also becomes one of the major problems in ASEAN right now, open market from western country makes ASEAN country wants to make an association which focus on what should ASEAN do to solve and strengthen economic power among ASEAN countries. Many supports as well as rejections from all sectors make all members worry about what will happen in the future. Technological problems, resources problems, educational problems, environmental problems, from small to medium entrepreneur’s problems are becoming the main topic to be discussed nowadays..
As a Youth among ASEAN countries we have responsibilities and rights to contribute and solve the problems that exist. Therefore, we want to create an Indonesia Youth Leader Alliance which will accommodate ideas from Indonesia and ASEAN youth be a platform to exchange knowledge about leadership, entrepreneurship, and ASEAN Economic Community. Furthermore, they will enhance more understanding and knowledge about AEC and they will know what they need to be one as an ASEAN entity.
- In order to provide strategic platform for ASEAN youth to learn and enhance concepts and understanding about the ideation and real action that we need to do through discuss with some experts.
- To meet ASEAN youth with government, university and entrepreneur from ASEAN countries to knowledge them about how to become great leader and young entrepreneur success in order to support ASEAN Economic Community.

Day 1: Monday, May 2nd, 2016
Airport Assistance at KLIA 2
Airport assistance is an assisting set-up from the committee for all delegates. The assistance will be from KLIA 2 airport to Hotel. Assistance means that some of committees will be in airport to guide the participants to come in the check-In point by using public transportation.
It will be in Hotel at KL Sentral. Check in is a registration for the accommodation of the delegates
In this session, the participants will gather in one place, then the committees will give ice breaking games so that the atmosphere among the participants will be more conducive and dynamic. Then for Stand-up Business Talk, the participants (individually or groups) will be given chances to share their epic and dazzling experiences. There will be invitation PPI Malaysia and International Student Community who will also give a presentation.
Day 2 : Tuesday, May 3rd, 2016
The participants will company visit in Malaysia (MaGIC, Malaysia Global Innovation & Creativity Centre) and any speech from Start UP Malaysia in order to enrich their knowledge about the business culture in Malaysia.

Day 3: Wednesday, May 4th, 2016
ASEAN Economic Community Symposium
It will be held in University of Malaya. There will be 3 speakers who will share and give their experience, views and opinions about ASEAN Economic Community to all participants. Some interesting topics are going to be discussed: The prospective speakers will be :
- Social Movement / Leadership
- Culture Exchange
*all speakers are to be merged and subject to change
ASEAN Culture Show in KLat Ministry of Tourism and Culture Malaysia
The participants will watch cultural performance and any speech from Ministry of Tourism and Culture in order to enrich their knowledge about culture in Malaysia. In addition, the participants can also involve in the culture show by presenting their national cultural attributes or performances.
Day 4: Thursday, May 5th, 2016
Market Research & Business Analysis
Participants are divided into groups and they will be challenged to markets research and busines analysis in some place. The Market place will be:
- Nu Central
- Central Market
- Bukit Bintang
- China Town / Petaling Street
Participant will Identifying market need, size and competition in Kuala Lumpur in order to enrich their network and knowledge about the business opportunity in Kuala Lumpur. They will also have a chance to buy souvenirs.
Group Presentation (Business Analysis)
The group of participants will be give a chance to present their result of Kuala Lumpur Market Analysis and action plan which they are going to develop toward ASEAN Economic Community.
Gala Dinner and Closing Ceremony
Gala dinner & Closing Ceremony will be look back at the moments during the event with a video and thank you speeches. Participants will wear their best clothes (suit or dress) and have an elegant dinner. Closing ceremony as well as giving the certificates to the participants by IYLA officials.

Participant will need to check out in advance before leaving the venue.
